The finances continued to operate unchanged as the previous year. Strict controls remain in place, securing the interests of The Caring Network and all associated. The success can be attributed to effective financial management from Mrs R Smuts and the commitment of the staff - procedures stipulated in the policy & procedure manual are adhered to. Increased expenditure for security and safety and increased insurance premiums remain a challenge.
